Where a developer or client retains Auri Bespoke for pre-construction cost planning, contractor tendering, contract administration, or financial oversight, the rights and obligations of both parties will be governed by a separate, negotiated Commercial Advisory Agreement or Standard Form of Consultant Appointment (e.g. FIDIC or RICS Client Agreement).

In the event of any direct conflict between these website Terms of Use and the provisions of an executed commercial appointment contract, the terms of the executed commercial contract will supersede and prevail.

07.Disclaimer of Warranties

This Platform, including all content, articles, and interactive digital features, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permissible under UAE law, Auri Bespoke disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific development purpose, non-infringement, title, or error-free uninterrupted server uptime.
